Some users have tagged a ton of stuff with the same tag (for example, https://musicbrainz.org/user/reosarevok/tag/to%20clean%20up has over 700 artists). In those cases, there's a super long list of entities just displayed without any pagination.

In the main tag page (https://musicbrainz.org/tag/to%20clean%20up) only the first few artists are shown, with a link like "See all 714 artists" displayed to go to a paginated view if the user wants to see them all. We should have the same for user tag pages (so, https://musicbrainz.org/user/reosarevok/tag/to%20clean%20up/artist with a paginated list).
