In the past we've used hacks like adding 100 to moderation.yesnotes when people were made auto-editors. While it made the edits close at the time, it means that if we want to provide anything like stats about edits with a lot of votes or searches based on the number of votes an edit has, we can't simply use the data from that table without also including a lot of false results. I think we should recalculate edit.yes_votes and edit.no_votes to make them accurate.
