I changed the name from "star entertainment" to "Star Entertainment", added 星娛樂 as a comment and some other changes. When pressing "Enter edit" I'm greeted with this:

"Warning: You are attempting to add a label which appears to be very similar, if not exactly the same, as these existing labels:"

Just checking "Yes, I am sure this label is not duplicate, and I know what I am doing." and going ahead, it seems nothing is really wrong, http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14473163 succeeded and I don't think a duplicate label was created.
