Make links from the subscriptions email only show edits for the same period

      Right now, the links from the subscriptions email simply go to the most recent edits for the entity. I think it would be better if it only showed edits for the period of time the subscriptions email is for. If you miss a couple of days, it's really hard to catch up properly.
