Not sure if you'd call this a bug or an enhancement.
When editing a release once you start entering a time the old value should be removed.
I guess where it may make the most sense is a release with no times set "?:??".
On a related note (I gather this part is an enhancement). Parsing times had it's limitations and I don't see a way to do that independently anymore.
Picture trying to populate a release w/no times set like mentioned above.

Making use of the Up/Down arrows to move to the same field a title directly below or above would make that much easier vs. having to tab across continuously
With vinyl releases and so much digital media we can't count on getting a disc id to make life easier and always populate release times.
