I like the new "Edit Release" interface, but if you only need to modify something on the first tab it's not obvious you can just skip to the "Edit Note" tab, so users (e.g. me) tend to click through the "Next" button unnecessarily. I think it would help to have a "Finish" button alongside "Next" on each tab, that takes you straight to the the "Edit Note" tab.
