Internal Server Error when submitting edit to remove and add disc

      1. Add empty disc
      2. Remove both the empty disc and the first disc
      3. Add the new disc by reusing an existing tracklist (http://musicbrainz.org/tracklist/1083169)
      4. Go to submit the edit. Notice some oddity about "Mediums: Disc 1: (moved from position 3)" (See screenshot)
      5. Internal Server Error
