User names with spaces cause superficial problems when sending emails

      I received an edit note email from http://musicbrainz.org/user/The%20Skunnered and the name that it was sent from showed up as "Skunnered@users.musicbrainz.org The Skunnered" with an email address of "the".

      I've never been a fan of having user names with spaces...
