Description for failed vote is inaccurate.

      The description for a failed vote says:
      Status: Failed vote
      This edit failed because there were more "no" votes than "yes" votes.

      However, it is possible for a vote to fail when the number of no votes is equal to the number of yes votes (e.g. http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14467125 ).

      The description should be corrected.
