Validate release event fields

      Not sure whether to add this as one ticket or multiple tickets...

      We should ask users to confirm the data for the following:

      1990-10-25 as a release date, see http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/4103 and http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/browser/mb_server/trunk/htdocs/comp/release_editor/review?rev=8941#L556

      Release dates before medium_format.year, see http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/4878
