Not Voted Down But Failed

Presently the statistics show 61 (which I know for a fact changed just recently for no apparent reason) I believe it was 50 something just yesterday, unfortunately how can I show that? Tried it on test mb but it 504's

However the situation is if you click Failed it shows 81 (20 more)

Not sure why the discrepancy. Thought it might just be "Failed prerequisite" and Not Failed dependency" inclusive but that doesn't add up.

Another editors is opposite.

Click on Failed and it only shows 10

and I swear that Count changed just recently from 50 something to 61, w/no rhyme or reason on mine.
