Releases with many discs and many tracks tend to quickly become very unwieldy.

The release page should, at some threshold of total length, begin to collapse mediums into just the title, allowing the user to view one medium at a time.

I don't know exactly where this threshold should be, but 100 total tracks seems reasonable.
