Currently, inline search doesn't allow to select if we want to the works related to recordings (currently it can relate to release or recordings). Once in the AR-adding page, the option to navigate from one to the other is also absent. It was present and useful in classic.mb.org in the sense that we could add lyrics and music credits directly from this "AJAX" search.

This improvement (or fix if we compare to classic) is works counterpart of MBS-1449 (recordings) and might be made possible thanks to MBS-1837.
