Internal Server Error applying Edit Medium if Add Medium is previously cancelled (or voted down?)

      Is it possible to investigate what happened in the sequence of events at http://musicbrainz.org/release/e90ad387-f53f-4e70-bd5a-9b8da42c9ade/edits ?

      I'm guessing that because the "Add Medium" was cancelled, the "Edit Medium" subsequently failed - which is to be expected. However it should fail due to "failed dependency" rather than an ISE, I think?
