I'm trying to pre-create recordings for release adds instead of letting the release editor create new recordings because of spelling/formatting differences. However, I can't find my newly created standalone recordings in the release editor's Recordings tab, in indexed search or even in direct search, until about 5 hours later.

I assume this is related to some of those other tickets about not being able to search for standalone recordings, but I argue that this issue makes the bug major, since the last thing we need is more mess in recordings. (I'm trying to minimize the number of edits needed)
