Here's the situation:
1) http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14687190 - medium edit to fix track titles as shown on release, and add times
2) http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14713232 - someone added a disc ID
3) http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14718118 - ModBot auto-edits the release, causing pending medium edit to fail.

One of two things needs to happen:
1) ModBot should not touch a release with pending edits.
2) Medium edits should auto-pass on expiration, applying all changes to the current release, overwriting any changes which already occured.

This is getting ridiculous for editors and voters alike. Go ahead and link this to existing issues, but most of those issues involve editor-caused failures, not ModBot-caused failures.
