better control over recording creation in release editor

      new recordings in the release editor take the name of the track, but sometimes the track is one thing but the normalized form in the new recording is something else. It'd be nice to be able to set the name and recording comment from the release editor. Right now in this situation, you need to create the recordings first, or otherwise edit them to be fixed after the release creation.
