When the "tagger" anchor element is present on a release page, the h1 element after it will be affected by line 108 of "4a36dc7cb2602b39b603a6959a11f467.css" [1], specifically: "* + h1

". This causes the h1 element and the anchor element to be pushed down the page, breaking consistency with the rest of the website. I don't see why this bit of CSS style needs to exist.
