Edit|Remove|Add Release Events (historic) display is messed up in edit search view

      Note that the white-background headers are extended over the grey right-hand bit with the "Add Note" button, and "format" becomes overlayed on top of the button.

      I think the edit display is just too wide to fit in the available space, as it looks fine on http://musicbrainz.org/edit/12718926
