Sequence of events was:

1) Started adding a release about 2011-08-03T17:00:00+0100, got as far as adding the first of three discs.

2) Left the page open, and resumed adding the release about 2011-08-04T11:50:00+0100. Added the remaining two discs (using existing tracklists if relevant).

3) Attempted to continue, and was redirected back to the main release information page. All fields were empty, the session presumably having timed out and the state information been lost.

4) Completed the main release information page again.

5) Attempted to return to the tracklist page too see if that too had been lost.

6) Internal Server Error.
