Edit note textarea is too small (doesn't use available horizontal space)

      The textarea should have: `rows="5" cols="40" style="width:100%"` like the current server does. (http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=7891512)

      But with the 100% width the textarea's label gets bumped up, and I'm not sure how well that jives with what the edit page will look like when it's completed.
