Taking for example the release http://musicbrainz.org/release/b57bf145-db5c-4314-b9e6-8691ccde767a, at the Recordings tab, changing from the selected recording to add a new recording and then enter the edit, it gives an Internal Server Error. I also wrote an Edit Note, the error states that it is something related to edit notes so. Even if i don´t write a note it presents the same error.
