I accidentally added a release to the wrong artist (there are two different artists with the same name) so I went back into to change to the other artist but once I selected from the list there is nothing to indicate that I had the correct artist (the one with disambiguation comment), the comment is never show again not even in the edit summary so is difficult to be confident that you have done what you want.

Even the edit note doesn't make it clear i.e http://musicbrainz.org/edit/15074520
