1) should be marked as auto-edits
2) As suggested on MBS-2232, this should preferably be documented somehow on http://musicbrainz.org/doc/Edit_Types/51 (and similar for add release label)
3) As a general principle it'd also be friendlier if the edit system left a note on the edit to say why it was approved without vote; preferably linking to the Add Release that was the reason. The "set of x edits" stuff the old edit system used to do was very useful to trying to centralize discussion about an edit to the correct place.
