Automatically delete release annotations that consist only of white space

      Every other multi-disc release I look at looks like this: http://musicbrainz.org/release/9b3df3ce-a90d-4850-a1db-6a444991700f

      Must have happened during the migration. It's always 4 breaks/lines, and the original annotation had been removed before the migration took place.

      (I don't know if Task is the right category for this ticket, btw.)
