ISE when visiting Tag Lookup page without arguments

      http://musicbrainz.org/taglookup or http://musicbrainz.org/taglookup.html (either should work and show you the same set of boxes from http://musicbrainz.org/search) both give an ISE, as below.

      This is a regression from MBS-1520's implementation I think.

Couldn't detach to command "not_found": Invalid action or component.
