Sometimes the difference display on medium edits (at least) will display a word being removed and then added again, when it was actually just moved, or had punctuation added/removed.

e.g.:
"Laura" changed to "Laura: Theme" shows the entire original title removed and the new title added. It should simply show as ": Theme" added to the new one.

"Krouse: Labyrinth Part I" changed to "Labyrinth Part I" shows "Krouse: Labyrinth" removed and "Labyrinth" added with "Part I" staying the same. It should simply highlight the removed "Krouse:"
