I think it is slightly different than MBS-843

For "Work" there is possibility to create many aliases without specifying specific locale, but only one with same locale. In my opinion it is too limiting behaviour. I still can enter aliases I want, but without specifying language - thus loosing important information.

For example song "Laša kundze bola acis":
http://musicbrainz.org/work/9bfbca13-591e-3908-aec6-6c09a2871fb1

I would like to add those variations of song name - all in the same Latvian language:
Laša kundze bola acis
Laša kundze bola acis ("Zvejnieka dēls", 1939)
Laša kundze acis bola
Laša dziesma
Lašu dziesma
