Summary  : check-all checkbox missing in subscription pages.

Now, if you have more time :

I'm in the process of reducing my 4000 subscriptions down to 10 or so.
But when we go to our subscriptions, where we can check some stuff to unsubscribe, I feel we are missing a heading general check box short cut that will check all page's check boxes.

Another page where it is missing is http://musicbrainz.org/artist/85c1ff8e-b819-416d-9b73-5be468f7211a but IMO we shouldn't add it there, it would not be very sensible. But it's actually on label pages and many others where it is not very sensible either so maybe make it general everywhere (missing in subscriptions and release-groups pages).

This behaviour is inconsistent with following similar pages that get such a check-all heading check box.
