Trying to do an inline search with either Release Editor (for artists, RGs, recordings) or Relate To with quotes and some other characters in it such as colons can be very difficult/temperamental - sometimes you'll get no results at all; as if it's an invalid search query.

e.g. try searching for recording via relate to for the following

Violin Concerto in E major, Op. 8 No. 1 "The Four Seasons: Spring": I. Allegro (exact match available)
Violin Concerto in E major, Op. 8 No. 1 "The Four Seasons: Spring: I. Allegro
Violin Concerto in E major, Op. 8 No. 1 The Four Seasons: Spring: I. Allegro

These combinations work though:

Violin Concerto in E major, Op. 8 No. 1 The Four Seasons: Spring I. Allegro
Violin Concerto in E major, Op. 8 No. 1 "The Four Seasons: Spring" I. Allegro
Violin Concerto in E major, Op. 8 No. 1 "The Four Seasons: Spring""" I. Allegro

It looks like you can have maximum one colon; and have to have matching numbers of " or something? It's really weird. These searches all work as expected through the regular indexed search.

Seems to affect all types of inline search regardless of entity.
