Musicbrainz breaks https://secure.wikimedia.org link in edit notes

      Description

      For example, if i create an edit, and put URL https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Exilarch_(album) in the edit notes, it is converted to http://https//secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Exilarch_%28album%29
      So it removes ":" in front of https and adds "http://". This results in getting an 404 error.

      Might be related to/fixable with http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/browse/MBS-1770
