MBS-2188 renamed the "Comment" field "Disambiguation" for good reasons. However, edits to this field result in an edit entry that says that the "Comment" has been edited. For the same reason it is good to change this in the editor UI it also good to change this in the edit entry, so that people understand the meaning of this field and why it is being edited. Furthermore, there is also a consistency argument here.
