Hovering over artist names in "edit medium" tracklist changes does not show the artist sort name

ExportXMLWordPrintable

It's been the behaviour for some time that if you hover over an ArtistName (e.g. Дмитрий Дмитриевич Шостакович), you get to see the ArtistSortName (e.g. Shostakovich, Dmitri Dmitrievich).

This does not work in all circumstances. For example, compare http://musicbrainz.org/release/1621d6c3-0c53-4314-8a1a-1df21a0c0cc8 with http://musicbrainz.org/edit/15640565. In the latter case, you see the ArtistName. I don't know if there are other cases.
