When adding a one-word artist using standard Latin characters, it's redundant to ask for a sort name. The sort name will be the exact same thing. As such, it would be nice if it was pre-populated.

I've qualified this with "standard Latin characters, because when the artist is spelled out using Asian characters, for example, the sort name is obviously still necessary.
