Allow adding multiple date ranges when adding relationships

      KRSCuan brought this up here: http://musicbrainz.org/show/edit/?editid=11108576 And indeed, it looks a bit clumsy adding three ARs (http://musicbrainz.org/show/artist/?artistid=639381) for three membership intervals where a single AR with the option of multiple intervals would optically clean up the AR field.

      I think they should still be separate edits/relationships, but I don't see why it shouldn't be easier to add multiple ranges at once.
