This makes unofficial titles such as "[So Long]" guess case to "[So long]", as (ETI) words get lower cased, even though they're in square brackets, not parens.

Well, if that were the way GC worked, it could be lived with. However, it's not. GC doesn't turn everything in [] to lowercase - that would be quite handy for [Introduction] and [Encore Break]. Instead, GC capitalizes everything in [] as normal, but then applies lowercase only to the ETI () specific words (version, live, edit, and all the others). So right now, it's the worst of both worlds - it can't be depended on to turn everything [lowercase], nor does it leave everything [English case]; it's instead a [English case with incorrect ETI casing].

This is pretty much impossible to fix properly because guess case has no way of knowing whether the square brackets contain descriptive text (e.g. "[crowd noise]") or an unofficial title. If the current titles are anything to go by, the former is far more common (after excluding [unknown], [untitled] and [silence], there are 13,600 tracks, of which 4300 contain capital letters).
