If I try to import http://musicbrainz.org/freedb/misc/aa0bf80c (double quotes at the beginning of track 11) the title just won't be seeded - try and you'll see track 11 is blank. IIRC it just cuts it at the first double quote (so if a song is Foo Bar "Bob" it will seed just Foo Bar)
