I have 1 artist to ID, plus one new label being added. However, I cannot select 1 item from the artist list, plus the "add new" radio for the label, because they are being treated as all part of one radio group. Looking at the source, both have the same name - missing.artist.0.entity_id. That seems wrong for a label anyhow - it ought to be missing.label.0.entity_id. But additionally, because it is the same name as the artist's radio group, I thus can only select one artist OR one label, not one from each.
