We should be able, in the release editor, to reorder tracks more easily.
For instance when we want to insert a new first track, we have to insert a new last track and then change all tracks (which is very tedious).

Either we can insert track at any position.
Or we have new UP/DOWN buttons like on mediums (but maybe not that good when many tracks, many clicks).
