I think it would improve the readability a lot if we didn't use commas to separate disambiguation comments from the sortname. Sortnames for people normally contain commas too, so it's not clear where the sortname ends and the disambiguation comment begins.
e.g. for the three artists on http://musicbrainz.org/release-group/4f806050-05ba-4603-89f8-c0e1ae4d02c1 we currently have:
"Stravinsky, Igor Fyodorovitch, Igor Fyodorovitch Stravinsky"
"Mussorgsky, Modest Petrovich, Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky"
"Tchaikovsky, Pyotr Ilyich, Russian romantic composer, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky"
and I think the following would be an improvement and would be more consistent with how disambiguation comments are displayed elsewhere:
"Stravinsky, Igor Fyodorovitch (Igor Fyodorovitch Stravinsky)"
"Mussorgsky, Modest Petrovich (Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky)"
"Tchaikovsky, Pyotr Ilyich (Russian romantic composer, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky)"
