Ideally this new CoverArt work would provide an editable webservice to let you programmatically add a new piece of cover art without having to endure the UI. Because the cover art is a new almost self contained piece of work it shoudn't be so difficult to do this at initial release as should be virtually done modification of existing code required. If this is too difficult at minimum should be able to seed the add cover art form similar to how we seed add new release form.

Either of these mechanisms would at least provide a method for batch updates of artwork to be uploaded making it possible for users to contribute to the database without needless effort. Without these options the interface is only really useful for adding a few pieces of cover art in one session.
