http://test.musicbrainz.org/release/c714ea3c-7bf3-4208-9237-06e9b803e834/cover-art shows a button to reorder the non-existent cover art. I think it would make more sense to only show that button when there's something to reorder. So that the add cover art button is always in the same place, that would be better on the left.
