Please reduce your request rate unreasonable error

      Debian Wheezy, iceweasel 14.0 and also the "Web" browser, epiphany.

      Today and yesterday when I am trying to add cover art I get this error:

      <Error><Code>SlowDown</Code><Message>Please reduce your request rate.</Message><Resource /><RequestId>b0598d47-350f-4fd8-971a-a1a8ba69b848</RequestId></Error>

      I only tried to add cover art for two albums. How could my rate be less without leaving the particular albums without art?
