Filing this as a bug because that seems correct for missing tests. We need a way to test that i18n works, though it'll be a bit of an engineering task (presumably will need some sort of munging of MB_LANGUAGES and probably some fake .po files of some sort, possibly generated from the .pot files, probably should also test the generation of .pot, etc.)
