Amazon referral links are not always correctly generated

      Amazon's referral stuff has a different tag for each locale. See https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/help/t22/a13 which says:

      Your Associates ID will only earn you referral fees from sales in the same locale as your Associate ID.

      We are currently using our .com tag for all links. Pre-NGS we used the correct tag for each domain.
