Guess Case: Remove the Classical mode

The Classical mode was messy from the get go, but now it's also outdated and it makes a fair amount of wrong changes. Since a lot of the stuff it was designed to do varies by language now anyway with the latest guidelines, I'd suggest just killing it with fire.
