As this comment in the forum says ( http://forums.musicbrainz.org/viewtopic.php?pid=19678#p19678 ) , there's no clear indication on the Disc ID tab of the release page about how discIDs are added. Changing "There are no disc IDs attached to this release." to "There are no disc IDs attached to this release; to add one, see [[How to Add Disc IDs]]." sounds like a sensible thing to do.
