If you you do a release lookup and include work-rels any relations for an artist that is the same as the release are shown, It has never been documented that work-rels should show artist aliases for works and I dont think it was part of the initial NGS release, it has just crept in by mistake. Even if it was intended by a developer the functionality is broken anyway because the only artist alias being shown is the one that is the same as an artist of the release , all other aliases are not being shown, so it cannot be sensibly used at the moment.

If the code was changed so that artist aliases were shown for every work relation that would dramatically increase the amount of data of returned for some queries and lead to more 502 errors. Additionally it doesnt't make any sense to return duplicate information that nobody has asked for when we already have a problem with too much data being returned.

There is possibly a similar problem for work-relations for other entities but I havent looked into that , release lookups are my main focus here.

So please lets just remove the diaplying of artist aliases for work relations.
