Currently when trying to add a new artist, the interface explicitly warns if an artist of the same name already exists.

However, this doesn't happen when trying to enter an artist that's the same as an artist alias.

E.g. this allowed me to add the artist "dB soundworks" https://musicbrainz.org/edit/19665363
But "Danny Baranowsky" already has this as alias: https://musicbrainz.org/artist/9878be28-66b3-47f9-a019-baf1b32876ff/aliases
