Allow fetching various artist release groups for an artist the webservice

      I want to be able to fetch the release groups shown on pages like https://musicbrainz.org/artist/b6c18308-82c7-4ec1-a42d-e8488bce6618?va=1 via the webservice. I can get normal release groups with /ws/2/release-group?artist=MBID but it doesn't seem to be possible to get the various artists ones.
